About Our Gift Card Program

The Holy Cross Academy Gift Card Program is a great way to reduce your tuition!  Holy Cross Academy families receive 100% of all rebate credit earned from gift card purchases made through the school. 

 

How You Can Participate

HCAfundraising.com - is the website that keeps record of each family’s purchases and tuition rebate totals.  This site is designed for families to order physical gift cards. In stock cards will be filled on a daily basis. Special orders received by Monday at 10 a.m. should be filled by the end of the week. The rebate credit shown on the HCAfundraising.com website is automatically adjusted to reflect the exact rebate credit the family will receive.

 Shopwithscrip.com - is the website for families to purchase eCards (electronic), reload existing gift cards and take advantage of any specials offered. 

• If a family purchases an eCard or reloadable card from the shopwithscrip website but pays with a check, that card is not available until the payment is received and the eCards are released by the gift card coordinators at HCA.  This could take up to 7-10 days. 

• If a family purchases an eCard or reloads an existing gift card from the shopwithscrip website and pays with PrestoPay, that eCard is downloaded or reloaded to their account electronically.  ECards are available for immediate use.  Reloadable cards may take 24 hours before the funds are available.

• It can take 7-10 days to fill you order from shopwithscrip.  Payment can be made online through PrestoPay or by sending a check into the gift card coordinators.

• Families receive 100% of the rebate for eCards and Reloadables. The school does not retain any percentage of these rebates. 

• If a family purchases a physical gift card through a Bonus Offer from the shopwithscrip website, the school will retain up to 1% of the the rebate displayed from the respective vendors and apply it toward the school’s fundraising budget.  The school family will receive the balance toward their tuition credit.

  • 1% off of those rebates from 4% - 20%

  • ½% off of those rebates from 2% - 3%

  • If a rebate is under 2%, the rebate given to the family will be 1%.

Purchase at Holy Cross - Gift cards are sold in Office One between the hours of 9 a.m. - Noon. Please keep in mind, we are now processing payments daily for all gift card orders. 

Additional Gift Card Program Details

• If a family’s rebate credit from gift card purchases exceeds their April tuition payment, the overage will be applied toward next year’s tuition.

  • If the last child is graduating and attending a Catholic High School, their rebate credit can be applied toward that high school

  • If the last child is graduating and not attending a Catholic High School, a family can contribute their rebate credit to another family or fund.  If not, the rebate credit will go into the school’s general fundraising account. You must give the gift card coordinator your directive by March 15.

• If a family pays their tuition in full upfront, their rebate credit will be applied toward next year’s tuition.  That overage will come off of their total tuition for the following school year.

  • If the last child is graduating and attending a Catholic High School, their rebate credit can be applied toward that high school.

  • If the last child is graduating and not attending a Catholic High School, a family can contribute their rebate credit to another family or fund.  If not, the rebate credit will go into the school’s general fundraising account. You must give the gift card coordinator your directive by March 15.
